Sakuragi wakes up the next morning with Kirino in his face and his tie and belt missing. He quickly realizes that he hasn’t exactly crossed the line yet, but he’s already emotionally cheating. And when he goes back to Tokyo for business, he finds his wife…

• The significance of Sakuragi bottle at Snack Hanabi — In Japanese bars, regular customers keep their opened bottles in stores which they can continue drinking next time. Katayama Naoya realizes that Sakuragi must be a regular at her bar.
• Keys in post office — this is a common thing Japanese people do, because back in the days, they trusted their mailbox to be secure. As for Sakuragi’s motivation for doing so: it’s not explicitly stated but they want us to assume that either 1) he is naive and did it just out of habit, but didn’t really intend for Kirino to have it, or 2) he intended to leave the key for Kirino to use as needed, to look after his apartment while he’s gone.
