- Red rice made red by the juice from red beans, are often made to celebrate special occasions.
- While it’s hard to convey through English, Seigo and Hayame starts off talking using polite form of speech, because he is her boss. That’s what causes him to lament “it’s hard to talk like the old days”. As the night goes on, and with much encouragement from Seigo, Hayame drops her polite form of speech and starts talking rather casually. This makes Seigo happy because casual speech also signifies a closer relationship.
