- Language
- “Wine Ceremony”–translation of 盃事 (Sakazuki-goto), which either means a general ceremony (where people drink wine in shallow cups) or (often in yakuza context) a ceremony done to establish deals/alliances/relationships.
- “Tide-pods”– translation of 界面活性剤 (kaimen katsuseizai) which literally means surfactant
- Reference
- “Will you two idiots just listen to me for once?!” She is mimicking Kinpachi-sensei from 3-nen B-gumi, a classic Japanese drama.
- “Cou… pon” In Mahjong, there is one move called “pon” so that’s what Tatsu got confused with.
