Nayuta Azumi, Hayato Sugo, and Kouya Ogata were be best friends turned indie video game developers who released the game Downwell under the pseudo name “John Doe”. After six years since it’s release, it’s still one of the most popular games but “John Doe” has disappeared from social media, earning the nickname “Banksy of the gaming industry”. Meanwhile, Umi Tominaga works as a bank teller selling loans, but she comes from a family business called Atom Toys which made soft vinyl toys and capsule toys for children. When her father collapses and lands in the ICU, he begs her to take over the business but she doesn’t believe traditional toy business have a future. Umi and Nayuta meets unexpectedly and…
