Sakuragi Shun arrives back at Kagoshima where he spent his middle school years. He runs into his former friends and classmates… including his first crush, a sweet girl named Kirino Hana. She has been married and changed her name to Takeda Hana. Shun gets invited to a middle school class reunion, hosted by his best friend Torigai and chaos ensues.
