Kai gives Daisuke one last assignment: to get an innocent man out of prison and reopen the murder trial from 13 years ago. Daisuke is going to need all the help he can get to open this case as both the police and Yanagi works against them to keep this case shut.

Commentary
Thank you so much for watching Suits with me. It started off being a remake of the USA Suits but it quickly became its own work, highlighting the intricacies of the Japanese legal system. I felt it was very Japanese of them to focus on the bromance, the banter, and the overall respect for the system in place. I’m glad to see the finale ended strong with all those foci deeply built into the last episode.
