The plot between Kuwano and his next door neighbor evolves as he steps up to help her find her brand new pet… Tatsuo! Ken is back as Tatsuo! And as the two becomes friends by bonding over Tatsuo, Kuwano inadvertently gets involved in a tabloid scandal between his neighbor and her ex.
Translation Notes/Trivia
- The passage that’s often used for actors to practice pronunciation is called “Uirou-uri” which I have loosely translated to Peddler. You can read more about it here (although it’s in Japanese).
- Edo is the old name for Tokyo.
- The story is about a bald monk who traveled from Edo to Kyoto selling this medicine that came from China.
