As Mikoto is trying his hardest to convince Ren-bro of Sara’s fate, Ren-bro’s coworker, Harada’s wife is taken to the hospital for pancreatic cancer. As Mikoto and Ren-bro watches Harada struggles to accept the truth and support his wife in the hospital, the brothers grow closer. Will it be enough to bring the family back together?
Translation Notes/Trivia
- School in Japan starts in April, so “summer break” fits between first and second trimester. This means students are expected to complete a summer break project (similar to science projects). At one point, Mikoto is saying he made a disco-ball penlight during one of his summer break projects.
